This position will require the ability to perform in a fast paced environment while ensuring accuracy and meeting SLA’s and deadlines. Main responsibilities will be transacting account adjustments, customer refunds and customer referrals requested by the Retail Network via Salesforce Ticket Requests.

General responsibilities

  • Providing system overrides as required for the branch network
  • Processing adjustments to customer’s loan accounts as required – frequency changes, due date changes, interest waives, NSF fee waives, loan voids, etc. within established SLA’s
  • Processing Credit Bureau adjustments
  • Processing skip a payments bi-weekly in support of Collections requirements
  • Providing back up coverage to other peers within the Central Operations Department
  • Provide afterhours support in rotation so that overrides or account corrections are supported as required after regular business hours
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Meet and or exceed SLA’s as defined in EFS Help / Salesforce
  • Ensuring all processes/and or tasks are fully documented
  • Training other colleagues on processes handled
  • Ensure that the systems are used to their full capacity and constantly seek improvements, modifications and changes to further improve the efficiencies of the organization

Qualifications attributes & competencies

  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook , Wealth view
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to handle various tasks as required
  • Adapts well to change
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal English
