THE LOW DOWN
East Side Games is on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build upon and improve our end-to-end recruitment strategy. You (yes, you) are equipped with all aspects of recruitment with a strong business sense for reporting and analytics. You are a social equivalent of a computer network hub that loves to professionally represent ESG at events. Most of all, you are looking for an opportunity that is all about autonomy and making the role yours and owning it.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Recruiting! From start to finish including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, working with the hiring managers, negotiating offers, etc.
Create and manage recruitment pipelines; educate hiring managers on process.
Manage the career site by making site enhancements and updates, building a talent network, monitoring traffic, and reporting.
Execute employer-branding initiatives i.e. content marketing, brand awareness campaigns, photos and videos, etc.
Manage social recruiting channels and analytics.
Attend industry and career events and meet ups; provide event analysis and analytics to stakeholders.
Manage a recruiting calendar and budget; analyzing return on investment per channel, presenting overall results with stakeholders.
Frequently collaborate, liaise, and brainstorm with the HR Team and help out when needed.

WHAT YOU NEED
3+ years recruiting experience in a high tech, fast-paced environment.
A charismatic and honest communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to read and report on analytics.
Strong social media presence (you must be active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and recognize when priorities shift.
An interest in the social/mobile gaming space.
Willingness to work nights and weekends on occasion.
Strong ability to have fun, laugh, and not take everything so seriously!
