Job Summary
Working closely with the sales team, the sales coordinator is responsible for executing all internal and external logistics for the post sales process. The sales coordinator has extensive contact with our clients and is the focal point for all workflow into the company to ensure seamless execution of each training session.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales people to understand the details of every sale and relationship with the client.
  • Generate contracts for the client and obtain signatures.
  • Coordinate with venue to ensure necessary equipment is available and facilities are appropriate.
  • Produce and distribute feedback/additional expense.
  • Generate and distribute order forms to appropriate parties, which trigger internal execution of the post sales process (finance, scheduling, production, etc.).
  • Coordinate efficiently and communicate changes as they occur in the process.
  • Liaison with creative departments on all custom work.
  • Continuous communication with all stakeholders of the post sales process.
  • Components Lists, create & complete.
  • Maintain database
  • Excel spreadsheet with coordinator’s statistics

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication, organization and interpersonal skills are imperative.
  • Exceptional computer skills required. Need proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with databases.
  • Support and work with every area within Eagle’s Flight.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Attention to detail is a complete must to ensure absolute quality and a commitment to training excellence in the global marketplace.
  • Good understanding of internal and external customer service.
  • Understanding of financial basics.
  • Great writing skills and excellent telephone skills.
  • Two to four years related business experience
