Eagle is currently seeking a Project and Change Manager for a two (2) year contract opportunity, scheduled to begin in April.

Key Responsibilities of a Project and Change Manager

The successful Project and Change Manager candidate will:
Provide project support for the Clinical Operations;

Develop agendas, complete minutes, track issues, and summarize timelines/deliverables for teams in alignment with the project charter during project meetings;

Develop and integrate a Change Management Strategy and Plan including a tactical communications plan using structured change management methodology;

Integrate and oversee project resources for project and change management;

Develop a clinical sustainability plan in partnership with Health Informatics;

Liaise with clinical sponsors and other project teams;

Develop project planning documents using structured project methodologies;

Define, manage and produce completed deliverables to milestones;

Management of risks, issues and scope changes;

Develop and integrate a Change Management Strategy and Plan including a tactical communications plan using structured change management methodology;

Direct and assist with process analysis;

Milestones control and reporting;

Complete progress reports;

Chair status/team meetings;

Complete Lessons Learned documentation; and,

Coordination of external vendors during the course of the project.

Skills and Qualifications of a Project and Change Manager

The qualified Project and Change Manager candidate must have:
A Degree in Consulting Category related discipline;

An absolute minimum of ten (10) years of directly related Consulting Category experience;

Five (5) years of experience successfully managing health care leaders/teams through transformational change initiatives in acute care sector is required;

Five (5) years recent experience implementing projects in a complex environment;

A project management professional (PMP) designation or equivalent;

Experience with implementation of e-documentation;

Experienced in applying structures change management methodology as evidenced by high adoption and usage rates of technology solutions.” Prosci certification is preferred;

An understanding of the IT clinical products marketplace and the changing Canadian health approach to managing information; and,

Exceptional English language oral and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
