Eagle is currently seeking a Procurement – Sourcing Specialist for a six (6) month contract position, scheduled to begin immediately.

Responsible for the following:
General sourcing, supplier management, and account management activities;

Liaise with and act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders in North America

Stakeholder interaction will include line and senior managers and occasionally managing directors;

Evaluate staffing requests from internal account teams;

Guide them through the internal process for recruiting, selecting, enabling, and exiting contractors through VMS tool;

Monitor contractor rates and validate alignment with our current rate card;

Act as a point of contact and be responsible for issue resolution arising from internal client account teams and suppliers;

Assist in the development, clarification and definition of end–user requirements for RFIs; facilitate RFIs and summarize results for internal account teams;

Interface with current and new suppliers and assist with general supplier performance management activities; and,

Support Procurement Category Managers with other miscellaneous procurement-related projects and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills;

Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills;

The ability to work in an environment where speed is of the essence; and,

Previous experience in Procurement, preferably with a Contingent Labor focus, and strong knowledge of VMS tools is a plus.
