DUTIES :

Under the supervision of manager/supervisor, the resource will:

Support Human Resources related files, and collaborate with various Public Affairs’ unit such as creative services, multimedia, social media on the development of communications products.

Coordinate and facilitate the development and implementation of communications plans that supports HR priorities.

Provide strategic advice and recommendation to internal clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on the delivery of HR related communications products and services.

Coordinate and provide communications support to Human Resources related events.

Requirements: To be added to your tailored resume:

Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years in providing communications advice to a major group or component of a large organization.

Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years in providing strategic communications advice to senior officials, colleagues, and working groups.

Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years working in corporate internal communications including writing articles, development and implementation of communications plan, message from senior leaders, articles etc.

Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years in coordinating multiple communications products.

Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years in providing developing content for intranet sites.
