Dynacare is searching for a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Laval, QC. This is a contract position working Monday to Friday from 9:30 am – 5:45 pm. Responsibilities:

            • Customer care routine : Provide assistance for our services and direct calls as required
              • Provide national appointments and/or refer patients for our services to Dynacare patient service centers, third parties & home sample collection
              • Handle patient’s communications to ensure a follow-up with samples in pending and to answer questions/support about our different tests.
              • Provide a quick follow-up with patients and physicians, by email or by phone
              • Ensure all test reports are being distributed vs. TAT
              • Ensure national distribution of our sample collection kits
              • If needed, provide weekly/monthly reports to our clients, data entry
              • Ensure backup in our warehouse for shipping and building our collection kits
            • Ensure compliance to Quality Management System
            • Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager

            Must have:

            • High School Graduate
            • 1-2 years customer service experience, in a call center
            • Proficiency using computers and MS Office programs such as Word and Excel
            • Ability to conduct one’s self professionally at all times, with clients, colleagues and superiors
            • Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve problems in a constructive manner
            • Organized, demonstrate ability to manage priorities/many tasks at the same time
            • Demonstrate ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
            • Ability to communicate easily by email and on the phone (verbally and by written)
            • Bilingual (French – spoken and written; English – spoken and written).

            Nice to have:

            • Knowledge of Medical terminology.
            • Knowledge of CISCO Call Center platforms an asset
            • Team worker and autonomous
