For our client, a well-established organization in Red Deer, we are looking for a candidate in that can provide Help Desk Support. This is a temporary position for a couple of weeks in a dynamic environment.
Do you have excellent customer service skills and love to help out clients with their IT problems than we want to hear from you. In this role you will be trouble shooting and helping clients with the problems they run into in their day to day at work.

Required Skills:
You bring:

• At least one year experience in a help desk or service desk position
• Certificate/Diploma in a IT; ITIL Foundations certificate would be an asses
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of applications, networking, computer, and point of sale hardware and software.
