The Roxborough Retirement Residence in Newmarket is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor who will assist the Dining Services Manager in the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Department. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling a staff of 25+ people, liquor inventory and ordering and handling of resident concerns pertaining to dining services.
Requirements:
Candidate must have a minimum of grade 12 education and have strong leadership & communication skills. A thorough knowledge of food and beverage services is required and prior supervising experience is an asset. Candidate must have serving experience and a Smart Serve Certificate.
