Support all operational activities in relation to customer’s account – act as the Single Point of Contact to the customer in the region.

  • Data compliance: To ensure receipt of accurate, timely data from multiple service providers and DGF origin/destination stations, thus facilitating the smooth and efficient running of the activities for the customer.
  • Milestone compliance: working with Origin/destination stations to ensure all customer required timestamps are recorded with the specified timelines
  • Traffic Management and Shipment Monitoring: (track and trace) including exception management /reporting
    • Proactively monitor shipments and proactively communicate latest status, delays etc with the DGF stations and the customer
  • Reporting:
    • Daily update of Customer tracking reports with all shipment information
    • Data and reporting preparation and circulation of weekly/monthly KPI metrics including Monthly / Quarterly Business Review meetings.
    • Create ad-hoc reports upon request.
  • Performance Management:
    • Ensure required on time performance is achieved through engagement with origin and destination on traffic exceptions i.e. late’s, specials, hub bookings, and customs.
    • Co-ordinate and drive performance improvement initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery across region, leverage best practices with goal to improve customer process leading to cost savings and efficiencies
  • Meetings:
    • Customer Operational meeting coordination and participation for weekly dialogue and MBRs.
    • Participating in con calls with Customer /DGF as required
  • Co-ordinate Root Cause and Corrective Action activities for the region
  • Account Management:
    • Work with stations to ensure they understand the relevant KPIs, transit times etc
    • Ensure all customer account numbers are mapped in the necessary reporting systems
  • Ensure all necessary billing & claims information is provided to the Billing team
