Welcome to Delta Air Lines and thanks for checking-in to the opportunity to join our Customer Service Agent team. As a member of our ground crew, you’ll work in an enjoyable team environment. We are currently looking to expand our customer service department. The positions involve a variety of functions and employees are required to be familiar with all of the following work functions: Ticket Counter Representative, Gate Agent and Baggage Services Agent.
Ticket Counters/Gate Agents: In this role, you’ll be responsible for checking-in passengers, guiding customers through the ticketing & reservations process, directing them to their gate and helping to ensure their bags meet them when they arrive.
Baggage service agent: In this role agents prepare delayed luggage files.
If you are team-oriented, like to interact with others, love to provide great customer service and can work flexible hours to help us meet our operational needs, you would be a great addition to our team!
As part of our Customer Service Agent team, you can expect to work between 20-35 hours per week. This position could be the perfect entry-level position though, which could eventually allow you to apply for a full-time position if you so desire. The benefits include flight privileges and working flexible schedules. The position pays $11.20/hour.
