David Aplin Group, one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Training and Development Coordinator based in Winnipeg.
Working closely with Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Operations, the Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering training to production workers on the plant floor.

The Role:Key areas of focus for this position will be:
Analyze existing training programs and recommend improvements
Deliver training programs and monitor effectiveness
Manage certification schedules and track re-certification requirements
Partner with Human Resources and Health and Safety to measure success rates

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience in training and development
Certificate/diploma/degree in Adult Education is a strong asset
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to present material to large groups
