David Aplin Group, one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Customer Support Specialist based inNorth Edmonton.
Our client, a leader in themanufacturing industry in Edmonton, is currently seeking a temporary to permanent Customer Support Specialist, reporting to the VP of Operations. The successful candidate in this role will be customer service oriented with strong attention to detail and possessadvanced Microsoft Office knowledge. As the Customer Support Specialist you’ll be responsible for anything customer related, including answering questions, complaints, and inquiries.

The Role:
Answering a multi-line switch board
Handle customer service questions, comments and complaint
Address any billing questions
Data entry including contract processing
Providing heavy technical support and troubleshooting for customers
Process requests for certificates of insurance
Scheduling service and installations
Filing, manual and electronically
Taking Customer Payments
Performs other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate:
2years+ of similar experience
Call center experience is considered an asset
AdvancedMS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and templates
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Organizational skills and attention to detail
