Position requires a versatile individual with a strong work ethic. Although part time to start the potential to move into a full time position exists for the right individual. Must have enough attention to detail to draft basic contracts, yet also be personable enough to answer phones and book appointments. Individual should be able to complete all tasked required but also have the foresight to identify opportunities which will help grow the business. Strong computer skills using MS office, design programs, social media, video editing. Previous experience with real estate contracts or legal contracts would be an asset. Basic payroll and bookkeeping skills. The ability to speak a second language would be an asset. Looking for someone who is ambitious and who could potential become an office manager as the company grows. Wage to be negotiated based on experience.
