We are initially looking for a Sales Support Rep with the view to the chosen applicant becoming a future Account Manager looking after there own accounts and information data base

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
  • take and distribute accurate messages
  • monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • maintain office filing and storage systems

Basic Requirements

  • competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
  • numeracy and literacy skills
