Dagi is a B2B customer service-based IT firm located in London and Sarnia, Ontario. We are a tight knit group, focused on bettering the day-to-day business lives of our clients, by alleviating their concerns around their I.T. infrastructure. From their PC’s and Printers to Managed Services and Dagi provided VoIP services, we look after IT, so they can work. We have grown by over 70% in the past year and we are looking to add motivated Support Specialists Technicians to our staff.

We service clients from Texas to Alberta, and continue to grow, by offering customized network systems, VoIP phones and managed IT services. Our staff put clients first, and with our multi-office environment, there is opportunity to grow and expand into other markets with your help.

Job Summary

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to join our IT team dedicated to maintaining our clients’ IT Infrastructure and providing them with the high quality service they have come to expect. Trouble shooting and solving help desk issues as they arise are always our first priority. You will operate our state of the art ticketing and management software to triage and prioritize inbound service requests, manage alerts and client information. As we bring on board new clients, you will assist in the implementation and participate in finding new technical solutions to fit their needs.

Now for the boring stuff….

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude and great customer service skills who has these assets:

  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot VOIP and PC technical problems
  • 1-2 years’ experience providing end-user support in Windows and Apple based operating systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to be a self-starter, multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures in a dynamic environment
  • Strong documentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication
  • Technical background in supporting hardware such as servers, desktops, laptops and networking components
  • Valid Driver’s License

Experience/knowledge in these areas would be an advantage:

  • Previous work at an IT support firm
  • Industry Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA)
  • A post-secondary education with an IT specialisation
  • Virtualization technologies
  • Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Business productivity suites such as Office 365 and G Suite.
  • Knowledge of VoIP technologies such as Asterisk, 3CX, FreePBX and other sip based PBX implementations
  • Networking (Cisco ASAs, Sophos SG/XG Devices, VLANs, Switching)
  • Customer service, end-user communication
  • Remote monitoring and management software, ticketing systems

Compensation will be based on experience.
