We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will be responsible for working closely with Account Service and multiple internal sources to identify and deliver Client technology needs and promote corporate collaboration of platform technologies of online web-based projects. The BA will write detailed requirements, manage, track, and communicate project progress. Overall responsibility for delivering quality projects on time.
This is a 1-year maternity leave contract

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple sources and collect elements required for the completed project.
• Write detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria for developers and QA.
• Diagram/process flow documentation using Visio or similar application.
• Contact point between IT developers/QA and Account Service.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Project conflict management.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge through formal education or training with product and process management best practices and standards
• Familiar with Agile development process.
• Familiarity with CRM is helpful.
• 3+ years’ Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Familiar with relevant business issues as they impact overall product.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, capable of prioritizing work and multi-tasking skills.
• Understanding of integrated systems and Web based products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills also vital.
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Ability to work well under pressure
