We are seeking bilingual customer service agents for the call center of the large financial institutions of Canada. As a bilingual call center agent, you will receive in-bound calls from bank customers. You must furnish exemplary customer service and respond adequately to customer requests regarding their bank accounts and credit cards. This position is directed to customer service representatives who want to satisfy ambitiously all the clientele.

Required to be available several weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Starting Date: July 2014.
