For more information: www.computershare.comcarrieres What we offer: – Role focused on client services (inbound calls and no outbound sales) – 37.5 hours a week – Working days are Monday to Friday until 8:00 pm – the centre is not open on weekends – Convenient location, accessible via the McGill Metro station – Paid training for a period of 5 weeks – Attractive benefits – Employee share purchase plan – Educational Assistance What your major responsibilities are: – Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and ensure that clients’ needs are met with accuracy and professionalism – Listen actively and probe to determine the need – Actively resolve inquiries raised – Maintain shareholder accounts on the appropriate systems – Escalate issues when necessary – Keep management team inform of feedback received – Remain up to date regarding Stock Transfer products, services and systems What you offer: Education, Training and Experience: – Post-secondary studies – Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center or in client services – Outstanding client service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness) – Excellent communication skills, in both French and English – Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications – Strong knowledge of standard office PC applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office suite) – Enjoy working in a client-focused, structured and goal-oriented environment – Business or finances knowledge, an asset
