Cummins Western Canada has an immediate opening for a Technician – Power Generation at the Saskatoon Branch , reporting to the PG Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and general preventative maintenance of all Cummins power generation units in all customer applications
• Working closely with other technicians and customer service representatives
• Providing excellent customer service to all Cummins Customers

Position Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Journeyman qualification in Heavy Duty
• Previous power generation experience in controls (AC/DC),PLC’s, Switchgear paralleling equipment, and remote networks is an asset
• Strong team player who is able to work unsupervised
• Good organization and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
• Must be able to work from a field service truck in all weather conditions
• Strong focus on customer service excellence and putting safety first in everything you do
• Available for on call responsibilities 24 hours per day
• Must be willing to cross-train in other areas
• Other duties, as assigned.
