The Winnipeg Branch has a current opening for a Parts Supervisor within the Customer Assistance Center for a 12 month temporary placement. Reporting to the CAC Manager, you will be responsible this role will be primarily responsible for supervising CAC Parts Agents, planning work schedules to meet call metrics, and completing performance management tasks.

Additional responsibilities are described below:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support to CAC agents and Branch staff with questions
  • Leading all CWC improvement initiatives as it relates to the parts department
  • Compile lists of frequently asked questions and build step by step documents
  • Being a part of the branch NPS improvement plan and make sure it is being communicated and action plans are put into place to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring a high level quality service support to end user customers, dealers and internal customers
  • Deliver training to Agents on parts look up
  • Collaborate with CAC Manager in employee decisions such as coaching, training, discipline
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings
  • Support CAC growth by travelling to Branches and learning specific system and product type
  • Analyze current processes and suggest ways to become more effective and efficient

Position Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Extensive parts product knowledge for Cummins, Cummins Power Gen and allied products
  • Capable of taking a leadership role- training and mentoring all staff in all aspects of Cummins products and support systems with performance management experience
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • Above average working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking & telephone)
  • Demonstrated ability to work through conflict and use effective problem solving techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to develop & maintain effective working relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers and co-workers with superior customer service
  • Willing to be flexible in order to help meet our business needs
  • Presents himself/herself in an upbeat manner and is engaged and leads by example
  • Encourages cooperation amongst team members and is a positive influence
  • Proven ability to work within all levels of the Cummins Organization

This position will work 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment.
