Cross Country Installation & Service, (CCIS), Vaughan, Ontario is a company that provides general maintenance and installation of equipment in a multitude of industries. We are currently looking to hire Installation Technicians/Handymen for a large-scale restaurant chain roll out across Canada to add to CCIS national team of subcontractors. As part of the national technician team, you will be responsible for:

  • Proper installation of equipment like soap dispensers, sanitizer units, dish washing equipment and chemical dilution units.
  • Prompt, professional, efficient and friendly service while on site.
  • Working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage to client property
  • Completing all necessary sign offs and online paperwork
  • Invoicing CCIS within 48 hours of job completion
  • Providing training to the restaurant staff for proper use of the equipment

CCIS Technicians will receive:

  • Flexible working hours- be your own boss
  • Training -both online and in filed
  • Attractive earning potential of a minimum of $20 per hour
  • Reliable and consistent payment by Direct Deposit within 15 days
  • Extensive travel expenses will be covered in the payment terms

Technician Requirements:

  • Effective mechanical, handymen, and maintenance skills
  • Access to a car with a valid driver’s license
  • Own a smart phone with a data plan for email and internet access
  • Knowledge of standard construction tools and access to own tool kit including but not limited to 3/8″ variable speed cordless drill motor, masonry bit, standard drill bit, Robertson & Phillips drill bits, torpedo, sharpie makers etc.
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Weekday availability for this project (specifically Mon-Fri 2pm-9pm) and in some cases weekend availability
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
