This is a 3 month contract (temporary) role, with the potential for a contract extension or permanent position subsequent to the completion of the contract.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Preparing and entering invoices/expenses into GP-Dynamics

Coding invoices and expenses as necessary

Preparing, printing and posting cheques

Communicate effectively with local managers as well as our US offices

Creating POs as required

Matching invoices to POs

Answering vendor queries via email or telephone

Entering POs into the accounting system

Sorting and filing invoices

Other accounting/administrative duties as requested

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a full cycle Accounts Payable role

Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and written in English

Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills

Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
