REMOTE COORDINATOR – CASUAL
Winnipeg, MB

CJOB, POWER 97 and 99.1 FRESH FM have an opportunity for a Casual Remote Coordinator in our Winnipeg office. Reporting to the Senior Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for various remote broadcast responsibilities on behalf of the three stations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and setting up/tearing down remote broadcasts, ie. Special/sporting events, including transportation to and from.
• Bannering events to heighten visual awareness.
• Ability to multi-task within tight timelines, and often evening and weekend shifts.
• Minor building maintenance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technically inclined. Preferably some experience with audio equipment.
• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license and own transportation.
• A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal challenging situations with empathy and sincerity.
