In this role, you will: -Lead and manage VMS initiatives to drive business results -Develop leading practices for the VMS stream -Lead and develop employees -Actively participate in the people development process for the VMS team. -Ongoing Management of the VMS landscape, Manage solutions that effectively leverage the VMS. -Partner with other team members in the decision making for technical design for key projects -Manage the exploration of capabilities and limitations of VMS tool so as to better service existing business requirements as well as manage the expansion of BI team knowledge going forward. -Manage the development, maintenance and delivery of end-user training to the business/user community. Identify goals, KPI’s, set targets and measure performance for VMS initiatives -Manage and follow up on continuous improvement ideas -Manage resolution plans when discrepancies occur between VMS suppliers, Irving suppliers and the business -Manage relationships between TP, SM and the business -Manage policies as well as internal and external audit requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer science) and/or a combination of the equivalent education, training and related discipline required -Preference given to candidates with a proven track record in Process Improvement and Project management. -Minimum 5 years Hands-on experience in the BI/BPM field -Leadership competencies including prioritization and multitasking -Strong data analysis skills -Ability to manage and follow through with development projects -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Strong Communication and interpersonal skills -Business and P2P process acumen
