We are currently seeking a Credit Management Associate to join our team of professionals within our Shared Services teams.

  • Notify customers of account delinquency
  • Manage customer repayment plans and accept/process payments
  • Contact customers via telephone, email, fax.
  • Account Maintenance (as required)
  • Ability to calculate finance charges and communicate effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Act as second line support for credit approvals on residential accounts
  • Prepare accounts for placement with 3rd party collections – legal or agency
  • Identify and manage risk within collection portfolio
  • Prioritize calls based on objective criteria
  • Participate in projects and/or team initiatives as required


  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or Professional Credit Designation preferred
  • High Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Financial risk management skills
  • Comfortable managing objections and adversity

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
