Installation of equipments (Modems, Routers, Switches), Demarc Extensions(Extending CAT5 Cable/Terminations), LAN Drops, VoIP installations….

We are looking for a skilled Network Technician to undertake tasks of Dada Cabling, Router and Switches Installations, Demarc Extensions and VoIP installations. If you are a qualified professional in the Data and/or Network Field and interested in increasing revenue and expanding your business, we would like to partner with you for field services.

Responsibilities

• Installation of equipments (Modems, Routers, Switches), Demarc Extensions(Extending CAT5 Cable/Terminations), LAN Drops, VoIP installations. as well as working with customer help desks to configure equipment
• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Managing all On-Site Installations, Repairs, Maintenance and Test Tasks
• Producing timely and detailed service reports
• Following all the procedures and protocols of the company
• Cooperating with the technical team
• Building positive relationships with customers

Requirements

• Qualified professional in the Data and/or Network Field
• Proven experience as network technician or relevant position
• Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
• Experience in a Customer Service Oriented position
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office programs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
