Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives educate physicians and other medication prescribing professionals on new developments in the rapidly advancing pharmaceutical industry. They connect providers with the knowledge about represented drugs, and treatments.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for responding to inbound and outbound phone calls
• Prospect new clients and service existing customers by identifying needs and solutions
• Communicate with clients and customers through email and over the phone
• Build loyalty and relationship by providing exceptional service and following up with customers and clients

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smart phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and other presentation materials.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position may be a full-time or part-time position. Scheduled work days and hours may be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Additional hours and days may be required to meet business needs.

Travel

This position requires limited to no travel.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or certificate of graduation.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Post-secondary education in related field
• Two years’ professional experience in related field
• Customer service experience in a contact center environment

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Successful completion of security screening requirements, which may include a criminal records check, and/or Criminal Records Review Act (CRRA) check, and/or enhanced security screening checks as required.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)

Must be authorized to work in Canada. No Reliability Status and Security Clearances are needed.
