Job Description
Computronix, a software consulting firm is seeking a Project Administrator who can assist us in continuing to deliver projects that provide outstanding business solutions to our clients.
We are looking for a Project Administrator/Administrative Assistant whose past experience demonstrates:

Project Administration/Documentation:
Assist the Project Managers to establish and maintain client, contract and project information
Assist Project Managers with compiling and publishing proposals, project charters, project plans, and other project documentation
Assist the Project Managers to resolve scheduling conflicts by providing regular time management and schedule updates
Set up and maintain a project structure in internal systems
Coordinate client meetings, facilities, travel, agendas and attendance availability.
Coordinate, attend, record minutes, and publish minutes from project team meetings.
Provide consistency of information and processes by using published business templates across projects.
Track projects and set up and produce project status reports, track issues and changes, prepare client-specific reporting, and update project calendar
Develop and/or format presentations, using Microsoft Power Point
Assist Project Managers with producing and publishing the project review, upon completion of a project.

Financial Tracking and Reporting:
Assist the Project Managers by planning and tracking revenue and effort projections
Provide coordination and assistance to ensure that time records are entered and reviewed
Assist with task management and tracking, and may progress the project in MS Project
Prepare and review project team expense claims
Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to Project Managers or management
Communication
Facilitate the communication of project status and impending deadlines to appropriate team members through status reports and verbal/written communication

Desired Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
High school diploma, some college or Associates degree is desirable
Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in project administration and/or administrative or executive assistance
Must to proficient in MS Office suite, to include Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook scheduling. MS Project experience would be helpful
Experience interacting with a variety of team members and management and following up and following through on action items. May interact with external clients.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, good problem solver, and have excellent time management and prioritization skills
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a solid analytical skill set and a basic understanding of financial concepts
Experience in financial analysis and reporting; to include budget, cost, cash flow is desirable
Experience in data analytics is an asset and the ability to write SQL queries is desirable
Must be proactive, persistent and tenacious in getting necessary answers and needed data from team members
Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team and cross function team members
Must be a able to focus on a variety of task; focus well and ask for clarification and direction; and take direction from others
