Reporting to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for the following duties:
Opening and Closing Office Procedures
Greet Clients
Answer and Screen Incoming Calls
Document and Direct Client Inquires
Incoming and Outgoing Mail Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
Bank Deposits
Various Clerical Duties
Preparing Presentations and Reports
Database Entry
Ordering Office Supplies
Assisting General Manager as Required
Maintaining Social Media Accounts/Website
Recording Board Meeting Minutes
Light Office Cleaning

**Experience with Sage/Simply Accounting a Strong Asset**

This is an hourly Full Time Position. Typical Hours are 8:30am to 4pm. Occasional Evening Hours as per Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

A personal vehicle will be required.
