IT Support

Do you enjoy working in a positive team environment? We are seeking a dynamic professional to provide ongoing technical support to internal and remote users. IT Support is responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as maintaining user accounts, and equipment maintenance and repair.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support to internal and remote users via telephone, email, and in person
  • Provide support for automated deployment of desktop computers
  • Assist with mail archiving procedures related to mail accounts and personnel files
  • Provide support for users of tablet and laptop computers
  • Track inventory of IT equipment throughout the hardware lifecycle
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations
  • Troubleshoot printers and printing processes
  • Set-up and maintain user accounts and system accounts
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks such as organizing IT space and maintaining equipment

You Possess

  • Post-secondary education of at least six months in a computer related program
  • One to two years of hands on experience with supporting Windows based PC/LAN environment
  • Experience working with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Professional, and other desktop applications is required
  • Exceptional computer skills with good understanding of office network, server technologies and help desk processes
  • Strong communication, customer relations and organizational skills
  • A+/Desktop+ certification or equivalent is considered an asset
  • A satisfactory criminal record check
