Arranging air/ground/ocean import and exports.

Data entry functions into Internal Freight Application.

Create all necessary documentation required for movement of shipments on time and with accuracy.

Communicate with clients/vendors via telephone and email in a professional manner.

Responsible for billing of shipments of approved accounts.

Review and approve suppliers invoices for payment.

File and maintain export and import documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proficient communication and computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

Ability to work as a team and independently.

Passion for customer service.
