Under the Program Manager or designates supervision, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for general reception duties including the operation of a communication systems, and carrying out complex secretarial duties and associated administrative tasks for the program as required.

Job Qualifications
Grade 12, 3 years related experience, office administration certificate and/or post-secondary training in office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Ministry of Justice criminal record clearance required.
