Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013

TCP/IP Networking

VPN Technology (IPSEC/PPTP)

Pluses

Cisco equipment (switches)

Firewalls (Fortigate)

VMware Horizon View

MSP RMM Software

AutoTask Ticketing System

Some things you’ll be doing:

- First line technical support for customer equipment we manage at our data centers.

- First line technical support for customers equipment at their location. Seeing we’re an MSP you’ll be remotely supporting our customers.

- Customer face time. Sometimes you’ll go onsite and help out.

- You will be based out of our office in Sainte-anne-de-Bellevue (west-island) for two-three days and two-three days from your home office.

- There isn’t any traveling outside of Quebec.
