The Saint John Site Manager will be responsible to ensure the site is managed effectively and all contracted goals are met or exceeded. The individual holding this position is accountable for ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently, while promoting Cloud5 in a positive and professional manner. The Site Manager is responsible for the professional development of all their employees by providing guidance, coaching, recognition and motivation to all staff. This individual’s goal is to ensure all staff is serving customers to the best of their ability by delivering the highest standard of customer service

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Make recommendations for productivity and process improvement, based on feedback from employees and customers
  • Drive initiatives to completion at the site level by creating and maintaining open supportive communication with employees
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees and members of the Cloud5 management team
  • Ensure clear communication in their site and address any questions for the employees
  • Proactively work with supervisors to identify gaps in service levels and recommend innovative solutions
  • Work with employees to resolve escalated customer issues
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors in all aspects of their position including, employee & customer management and workload management
  • Works with supporting teams to create realistic strategies to reduce staff turnover and decrease absenteeism at the site
  • Create and analyze site reports and communicates expectations and outcomes to their teams
  • Provide guidance to supervisors on techniques to increase productivity, improve customer service and meet all contracted client goals and ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for all employees in their site
  • Provide regular positive and corrective feedback on performance as required

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Management: 2 years
