Role Summary :
The Representative is responsible :
to provide service excellence to Plan Sponsors, Plan Members and Financial Advisors of retirement plans
to keep accounts up-to-date and be informed of all legislative changes
ensure control accounts are monitored and cleared within the service standards
Main Accountabilities:
to be the main contact for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors related to daily administration of retirement plans
analyse and handle all requests received from Plans Sponsors and Financial Advisors
ensure control accounts are monitored and cleared on a daily basis as per the service standards
ensure e-mails on member questions from the Customer Care Centre are responded as per the service standards
participate in the annual audit activities
ensure contributions are deposited as per the service standards
ensure corrections are performed on member accounts when applicable
participate in any divisional projects

Bilingual (oral and written)
Assets:
Experience with our Global record keeping system
Knowledge of retirement products
