WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED RETAIL MANAGEMENT!

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Retail Management team is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all store activities to achieve increasing store profitability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving store’s planned sales goals through the promotion of sales and customer service programs;
• Selecting, training, developing, disciplining, supervising, and retaining qualified store associates;
• Implementing Company-directed visual presentation strategies in a timely manner, while understanding the concepts of visual presentation;
• Effectively leading the staff, while creating a positive work environment;
• Ensuring standards for quality customer service are met;
• Directing the operational activities of the store to comply with Company policies and procedures;
• Properly performing ear piercing procedures.
• Promoting a positive Company/store image through the development of good community relations.
