Responsibilities will include

• Answer incoming Emergency & Non- Emergency calls from a computerized system
• Ability to listen,read & follow step by step screen instructions
• Dispatch messages for the clients via phone call, email or fax
• Book Salon Appointments, Reschedule & Cancellations

Required skills:

• Fluent in English
• Only Candidate with 3 to 5 years of Answering Service/ Call Center experience need to apply
• Local Edmonton Candidates Only
• 3 to 5 years’ experience of Answering Service / Call Center experience is MANDATORY
• Typing skill from 35-45 WPM is must
• Providing excellent customer service to the callers as our Callers comes first
• Have good written communication skills
• Superb oral communication skills
• Good listening skills
• Professional attitude required when dealing with clients and customers
• Be a TEAM player
• To be able to work independently
• Able to work shift work (days, evenings, nights & weekends)
• Excellent Computer Skills is Required. (MS Office, Outlook, Internet etc.)
