Reporting to the Director – Ticket Sales, you will be required to:

• Follow up on relations with promoters and show venues;
• Coordinate inventory distribution with the secondary systems;
• Oversee price schedule manipulation;
• Oversee the collaborative relationship between teams and the Touring Shows Sales and Marketing departments;
• Follow up with Sales and Marketing managers and Ticket Sales managers for Touring Shows to improve operational efficiency;
• Support team managers and employees in their daily operations and supply them with long-term development tools;
• Manage relations with Outbox to set development priorities;
• Manage distribution contracts with ticketing partners;
• Oversee the directions to take and priorities specific to the business sector;
• Manage the implementation of procedures and their application for regular sales, special sales, group sales and internal sales;
• Help determine and implement inventory management strategies to maximize revenue;
• Propose and recommend changes and improvements with regard to processes in place.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in ticket sales;
• Ability to manage a work team;
• Knowledge of the Outbox system and other ticket sales platforms an asset;
• Sense of organization and ability to set priorities;
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
