To manage initiatives, and work with various business areas in the development and/or improvement of information delivery to Clients and Investment Managers

To manage initiatives, and work with various business areas in the development and/or improvement of information delivery to Clients and Investment Managers through system or process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the delivery of projects and initiatives for Client Information Delivery, through life cycle phases including: request, scope, approval, development, testing and implementation. Monitor progress against project deliverables, ensure staff and functional areas are meeting their commitments on a timely basis, and update project plans to reflect changes
-Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to projects and that risks are identified and documented.
-Provide leadership, technical advice and support to staff; maintain good morale and foster teamwork within the area.
-Give presentations to business units; communicate project status to internal and external parties.
-Support Business Development in the sales process by providing technology insight and expertise.
-Work with Business Development and Marketing on RFP responses and provide assistance with the Business Implementation process.

Qualifications:

-University Education
-5 to 7 years progressive experience in project management, client service and staff management
-Strong knowledge of Investment Funds, securities and custodial platforms and processes
-Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
-Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
-Strong facilitation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others in reaching appropriate decisions
-Excellent leadership ability
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute conflicting demands
