Role Summary
The Chubb Edwards Anjou branch is looking for a
bilingual and experiences person to fill our open
position of administrative assistant/receptionist.
Please that this position is a temporary 1 year
contract.
Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage stationary and office equipment
  • Prepare the agenda for monthly meetings and record

the minutes

  • Enter all Health & safety data and the technicians

hours

  • Maintain employee attendance records
  • Submit bills to be paid to our head office
  • Manage the office bulletin boards
  • Take the necessary steps for proof of insurance et

CSST files

  • Miscellaneous coordination duties and data entry
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the

appropriate extension
Education and Technical Requirements

  • Post secondary Degree/Diploma in Business

Administration

  • Strong knowledge of PC based applications (Microsoft

Office Suite etc.)

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a

similar role

  • Must be perfectly bilingual (French and English)
