You will also be important in supporting the administration of the office as a whole.

This is an entry-level position but there are many opportunities to get involved in the operation of the business. In your interaction with our clients, partners and visitors, you will develop skills and confidence as a communicator, and in support of the administration of the office, you will do more than one kind of work and have the chance to take on challenges and grow in new directions, strengthening existing skills and developing new ones. Primary Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner Greeting guests in a pleasant and timely manner Maintaining confidentiality Maintaining reception area and boardroom Performing various administrative duties such as: Filing correspondence, proposals, reports etc. Typing letters for staff Assisting with administrative duties of proposals or projects Prepare information for courier pick-up Pick up and distribute mail Qualifications: Knowledge of Word and Excel Excellent communication skills Positive attitude Reliable and punctual Customer-service oriented Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals Pleasant and energetic personality Category: Part-Time (hours worked flexible within office hours below) Office Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–6pm Salary: $11.40/hr
