Current Need-Project System Quality Coordinator

Position Description

  • The Project Quality and Systems Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Radiology Customer Operations Management Team and quality control oversight to the Project Management Team:
  • The position will manage the In-Flight Project Review process with focus on ensuring staff adherence to policy, procedure and regulatory requirements.
  • The position will provide system administration and support for the McKesson Install Schedule, SalesForce and PSA and various SharePoint-based resources.
  • The position will be accountable for various administrative and communication activities related to project scheduling, resource assignment and revenue forecasting.
  • The position will coordinate all RFP / RFI response activities on behalf of the Radiology Customer Operations Team.
  • The position will be responsible for various ad hoc data maintenance, mining and analysis tasks on behalf of the Radiology Customer Operations Team.


Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in project management, requirements definition and/ or deployment of business requirements to information systems.

  • Excellent data manager w/ strong spreadsheet and reporting tool skills (eg. MS Excel, Crystal Reports)

  • Strong change management skills (inspiring, influencing groups)
  • Proficiency with technical writing, flowcharting, and data presentation
