  • Hands on – this means working with the warehouse to ensure that our orders flow properly
  • Responding to customer feedback within 24 hours and ensuring a great experience
  • Order processing – Creating orders using our ERP/ WMS system (Netsuite)
  • Managing Customer returns- ensuring that our returns are processed in a timely fashion and provide the credit or replacement for our customer within 24 hours
  • Proactive and quick on your feet
  • Importing orders using EDI/transaction manager
  • Able to see ahead. Be part of the solution and project team, making recomendations and executing

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong English language skills both written and spoken ( French an asset)
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with an ERP system would be an asset
  • Organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • A positive attitude is a must
