HR Assistant & Jr. Accounting Clerk

(Summer Student Position)

Cermaq Canada is currently offering a unique entry level summer student opportunity as an HR Assistant & Jr. Accounting Clerk in our Campbell River office. This shared role between our Human Resources and Finance department provides you with the opportunity to assist with a wide variety of functions and projects including HRIS database implementation, health and safety initiatives as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities.

Application Requirements

• Student currently enrolled in a post-secondary program studying Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
• Flexible and adaptable when working in a dynamic high paced environment
• Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality

Position Details

• Rate of pay is $15.00 per hour with 4% vacation paid on each bi-weekly pay cheque.
• Position is located in Campbell River, BC and operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Work term is expected to take place from June 6 to August 31, 2016. Dates may be negotiable.
