Centre for Arts and Technology Surrey is looking for an experienced Photographer to join our instructional staff. This position would require instruction of all aspects of photography including but not limited to camera operation, studio and location lighting, image editing, line production and client communication. Potential candidates would be able to instruct students through the entire process of a professional photographic commission from conception to final delivery in courses that fall within the candidate’s education and professional experience.

Required knowledge-base for specific courses include:

• Minimum 5 years Professional Photography Experience
• High level proficiency in the principles of DSLR camera operation
• High level proficiency with natural and strobe lighting
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Experience shooting in both studio and location environments
• Understanding of deliverables
• Project Management

Additional skills that would be an asset:

• Experience teaching photography in a formal educational setting
• Business Management
