With five locations across Canada, CBV is growing rapidly and is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in their First Party Collection Division (FLG) . We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will be very well trained to have strong command of the company’s customer service policies as well as on product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • 80% of time – setting up payment arrangements with customers and re-opening accounts focusing on retaining clients
  • 20% of time – deal with account cancelations and offer clients payment solutions to stop account from going into collections and affecting their credit
  • Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers’ accounts
  • Soft negotiations of immediate payments as necessary, sometimes on high risk accounts
  • You will use your skills and expertise to leave a lasting, positive impression on valued customers

Customer Service Representative Required Skills:

  • You are customer service driven with enthusiastic attitude, with a few years’ experience in customer service ( and/or collection industry not mandatory )
  • The Customer Service Representative is detailed orientated, with a positive attitude and outstanding, adaptive communication skills
  • You are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty
  • Enjoy working in a team-focused and collaborative office setting
  • Must be able to commit to shift work, 40 hours per week across 7 days a week anywhere from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
