EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – Self Employment Coordinator (SE)

Primary Duties:
CBDC Emerald is looking for a SE Coordinator to promote, implement and grow the SE service.

Qualifications:
Superior knowledge on small business ownership

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Previous ownership of a business an asset

University degree/College diploma with a minimum of 3 years experience in economic development, small business, and/or not-for-profit organization

A successful candidate must be adaptable to change; have access to own vehicle and willing to travel; must be able to work as part of a team; be self-reliant and willing to take responsibility.

This is a full time, temporary position based on contract renewal.
