The Property Management department is looking for an
Accounting Officer. The main role of
this position is to analyse and reconcile financial data (actual and budgeted)
from production and departmental cost centres in order to assess the financial
situation, participate in forecasting as well as support decision-making and
budget planning.

Qualifications

You possess:
Bachelor’s degree in administration (accounting or finance
option) and at least one year’s experience in a related position or performing
related duties

or DEC in Administration and a minimum of two years of
relevant experience

Or seven years’ experience performing related duties

Proficiency with Excel

Good knowledge of SAP and MS Access (an asset)

Knowledge of Real Estate (an asset)

Fluency in French and English, spoken and written

Able to manage multiple priorities

Solid interpersonal and communication skills

Able to work effectively on a team

Candidates will be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
