We’re looking for a Senior Bilingual TA Specialist, based in Winnipeg, to join our collaborative and diverse team of recruitment experts to attract and hire exceptional talent across Canada.
Your role:

Temporary position of 15 months.

As a Bilingual Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition your role is to guide and advise CBC/Radio-Canada managers when it comes to achieving their recruitment goals. As a subject matter expert, you are responsible for the planning, development and execution of strategies and practices as it relates to the full-cycle recruitment process.

You are curious and creative and make it a point to stay up to date with changes and trends within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and your respective industries of interest. Networking and connecting with others from diverse backgrounds comes as second nature, so you have a strong knowledge of the rich talent are eager to acquire more knowledge about existing talent across Canada. You are able to communicate fluidly in English and French and are skilled when it comes to communicating, influencing and negotiating.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:
  • Bilingualism.
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in high volume recruitment.
  • Experience working in a virtual team.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and practices.
  • Knowledge of the talent market.

  • Effective communication in both official languages (English and French).
  • Independent, resourceful self-starter with excellent judgment.
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of adaptability.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite applications.
  • Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (e.g. Taleo) is an asset.
  • Experience recruiting in a unionized environment is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work and attend events outside of usual business hours, when required.
